AFG Bank Cameroon is recruiting a qualified professional to fill the following position:

🎯 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading the Asset and Liability Management (ALM) department.
• Managing the bank’s financial risks, including liquidity, interest rate and foreign exchange risks.
• Monitoring balance sheet structures, liquidity positions and financial risk indicators.
• Managing treasury operations, investments and interbank market activities.
• Ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory financial ratios.
• Preparing daily reports for BEAC and developing the ALCO dashboard.
• Coordinating ALCO committee activities and preparing meeting minutes.
• Optimizing the bank’s financial performance and profitability.

🎓 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of a Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Banking, Accounting, Management, Finance or Commerce.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position.
• Fluency in both French and English.

• Knowledge of interbank money markets and securities.
• Expertise in liquidity management and payment systems.
• Knowledge of project management.
