📌 Position: Banking and Insurance Network Managers
👤 Gender: Male/Female
💼 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop sales of Life and Non-Life insurance products within the partner banking network.
- Support and train banking network sales teams.
- Monitor sales team performance and results.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the banking and insurance network.
🎓 REQUIRED PROFILE
- Minimum of 3 years of higher education in Business, Sales or Insurance.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the insurance sector.
- Experience in motor insurance is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in French and English is an advantage.
- Must be organized, rigorous, responsive and willing to travel.
