🎓 REQUIRED EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Banking and Finance, Accountancy, Economics, Management, Business Administration or Accounting.
- Relevant accounting designation is an advantage.
💼 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- At least 3 years of experience in financial operations, banking, lending and debt collection.
- Knowledge of planning, microfinance legislation, credit union principles and governance.
🛠️ REQUIRED SKILLS
- Excellent spoken and written communication in English and French.
- Lending and collection skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
