Positions Available: Branch Managers
1. Main Mission
To oversee the management and development of the branch, lead commercial activities, and ensure customer satisfaction while improving the company’s performance and profitability.
2. Main Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Supervising the branch’s daily operations and coordinating team activities.
- Developing the customer portfolio and identifying new business opportunities.
- Promoting NUMERICA FINANCE products and services.
- Achieving established commercial and financial targets.
- Monitoring operations and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
- Building customer loyalty and maintaining optimal service quality.
3. Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) in Banking and Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Good command of computer applications and banking software.
4. Required Professional Experience
- At least three (3) years of experience in a similar position would be an added advantage.
