HEMLE RH is a human resources firm  specializing in the recruitment, placement, and provision of temporary staff for businesses. As part of the expansion of one of its partners’ activities, HEMLE RH is recruiting a  Key Account Manager .

MAIN MISSIONS

Under the supervision of the General Management , the Key Account Manager’s main mission will be to develop and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts while contributing to the company’s commercial growth.

In this capacity, he/she will be responsible for:

•  Define, implement and manage the company’s marketing and sales strategy;

•  Develop and manage relationships with strategic clients and key partners;

•  Coordinate the activities of the teams involved in commercial projects;

•  To act as the interface between the company and its partners for the design, presentation and monitoring of projects;

•  Prepare and produce activity reports (daily, weekly, monthly and summary reports);

•  Conduct competitive and sector-specific monitoring to identify new business opportunities;

•  Analyze sales performance and manage the development of the client portfolio;

•  Participate in the development of sales action plans and the monitoring of sales objectives

PROFILE SOUGHT

Training

Minimum  Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)  in Marketing, Communication, Business, or Management

Professional experience

•  Minimum required: 5 years  in a similar position.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Technical skills

•  Proven marketing skills (good knowledge of market research, product marketing, brand strategies, operational marketing, etc.)

•  Good command of commercial negotiation techniques
