Context and justification of the call for tenders
LE PELERIN S. A is a 2nd Category microfinance institution that is looking for an insurance company to contract with for the needs of its services to cover its assets and the health of its staff.
The bidder must be specialized in insurance services and have a network throughout the national territory. The contracts will be concluded for an initial period of one year and may be renewed after an annual performance evaluation.
Profile of the service provider
Any insurance company wishing to provide these services must be CIMA approved and have good experience in providing insurance services, in particular Global Damage, Civil Liability for Business Owners and Health.
Selection criteria
The evaluation will be based on the guarantees offered, the premium rate, experience, the ASAC rating in terms of claims reimbursement capacity and references in risk coverage over the last three years.

They will be provided with further information on the goods, the population to be insured and the coverage rate.
Final offers will be sent to the same address no later than 3:30 p.m. on December 27, 2024.
