II. Job Responsibilities:
Within our Tax & Legal team and under the supervision of the Engagement Managers, you will be
responsible for providing services to VINKA clients in the following areas:
• Transfer pricing and international taxation, VAT and indirect taxes, taxation of
restructuring transactions (sales, mergers & acquisitions, etc.)
• Conducting periodic tax reviews (semi-annual and annual),
• Assisting with tax audits and disputes,
• Responding to various questions and concerns from the firm’s clients, etc.
• Business law.
III. Required Skills and Qualifications
: • Master’s degree (Master II) in Taxation, a Master’s degree (MSTCF) in Accounting, or any other
equivalent qualification in Taxation or Accounting.
• Significant professional experience of 3 to 5 years within a
renowned international legal and tax firm.
• Strong analytical skills for complex tax issues and the ability to formulate
relevant technical recommendations.
• Active contribution to business development through the identification
of opportunities and participation in the preparation of business proposals.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with clients,
internal teams, and administrative authorities.
• Ability to execute tax assignments of intermediate to high complexity while
respecting deadlines and quality standards.
• Ability to mentor and supervise team members on an ad hoc basis.
• Strong analytical, summarization, rigor, and organizational skills, with excellent
prioritization abilities.
• Team spirit and leadership that fosters collaboration, knowledge sharing, and
collective efficiency.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated to contribute to the development and
success of a growing organization.
IV. Assets for the position
• Experience in Tax technology
• Experience in specific tax areas (oil, mining, etc.)
• Experience in customs matters
• Fluency in French and a very good level of English (written and spoken)
