Manage and coordinate all of the company’s logistics activities, including the management of goods flows (receipt, storage, distribution) as well as the monitoring of transit operations, in compliance with deadlines, costs, quality and regulatory standards.

YOUR MISSIONS
· Logistics, international transit supply chain and customs regulations;
· Mastery of incoterms and management tools (ERP, Excel, Powerpoint);
· Team management;
· Professional English required .
KEY SKILLS
· Monitor the movements of stocks present in the different warehouses
· Ensure the availability of raw material stocks
· Plan and participate in raw material stock inventories and produce the result
· Plan and participate in the weekly inventory survey and develop the survey result
· Track vehicle orders and renewals
· Organize the maintenance and repair of vehicles and equipment
· Define the rules for handling vehicles and equipment, and monitor their application.
· Organize and monitor vehicle movements as needed
· Optimize fleet usage costs and monitor consumption
· Manage customs formalities
· Coordinate appropriate means of transport for goods and raw materials
· Negotiate with carriers and declarants
· Monitor the delivery of goods, inform the customer about the progress and present solutions in the event of anomalies
· Calculate shipping costs (transportation fees , customs duties, taxes, etc.)
· Use IT logistics management tools (ERP, WMS)

You have a Bacc+ 3/5 in Logistics, Supply Chain, at least 3 years in a similar position and wish to contribute to an environment
