POSITION: Logistics Assistant
YOUR MISSIONS
- Participate in order processing and preparation
- Check the products and packages before shipment
- Participate in product reception and quality control
- Track shipments and deliveries
- Participate in the management of returns and incidents
- Record and track stock movements (entries, exits, returns, transfers, adjustments)
- Participate in inventories and stock discrepancy checks
- Track payments received during deliveries and participate in depositing funds into the cash register
- Update logistics tracking files and tools
- Report any anomalies and difficulties to the manager
PROFILE SOUGHT
- Associate’s degree (Bac +2) or Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport, Management or a similar field
- Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, delivery or e-commerce is an asset
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
- Rigour, organisation and attention to detail
- Responsiveness and ability to work under pressure
- Team spirit and sense of responsibility
