The Société des céréales du Cameroun, a subsidiary of the KADJI group specializing in the production of cereal-based flour, is looking for
a (01) Logistics Manager as part of its development.

Required diploma: BACC+3 in Supply Chain Management/logistics and transport/accounting
Required experience: 04 years

Job missions:
– The Logistics Manager ensures the coordination of actions between sites, in relation to purchases, supplies and methods.
– He supervises and optimizes the organization of internal and external flows of the factory in a context of tight flows to customers
– He plans the renewal, repair and maintenance of vehicles; he ensures the management of the vehicle fleet by ensuring the maintenance of the technical reliability of the vehicles
– He ensures the updating of administrative documents related to transport in accordance with the regulations in force and makes vehicles available for all services and needs of the company;
– Define the flow management policy and the delivery schedule
– Manage and manage carriers, freight forwarders and negotiate pricing conditions;
Guarantee the sending of finished products:
– Find effective management methods to limit risks and damage during the transport of goods; – Find strategies to maximize deliveries and reduce costs through analysis;
– Organize, coordinate and supervise logistics activities;
– Prepare administrative documents with transport stakeholders and insurance companies;
– Calculate consumption and supply fuel to delivery vehicles;
– Monitor the condition of vehicles and find solutions for updating them.
