CIVIL ENGINEERING STUDIES OFFICER – TEMPORARY

MISSIONS:
- Carry out and verify technical studies and calculation notes for reinforced concrete and metal construction structures.
- Carry out technical construction control missions: document analysis, technical opinions, site visits and reports.
- Contribute to project management, site monitoring and the preparation of technical and financial bids.
PROFILE SOUGHT:
Training:
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Civil Engineering, Works Engineer, Professional Bachelor’s degree in Construction and Public Works or equivalent recognized diploma.
Experience :
- 06 years minimum of professional experience in civil engineering (building and/or roads), acquired in a design office, control office, project management firm or general construction company.
Key skills:
- Mastery of structural calculations according to Eurocodes: reinforced concrete EN 1992, steel construction EN 1993 and actions EN 1991.
- Proficiency in calculation notes, load calculations, modeling, dimensioning, reading and checking plans.
- Expertise in cost estimation: measurements, bills of quantities, detailed price breakdowns, price schedules and tender documents.
- Proficiency in Robot Structural Analysis, AutoCAD and Excel; Revit, Graitec/Arche OMD and MS Project appreciated.
- Rigour, integrity, autonomy, adaptability, team spirit and ability to work under pressure.
LANGUAGES :
- French (English is an asset).
