As part of the development of its operations, Logivo is looking for a rigorous, organized and results‑driven professional able to optimize internal processes and manage logistics operations on a daily basis.
The Operations Officer will be responsible for improving team efficiency, overseeing the supply chain and leading company projects from start to finish.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operational Workflow : optimize day‑to‑day processes to maximize team efficiency and reduce friction
- Logistics Management : oversee supply chains, vendor relations and delivery schedules to ensure operational continuity
- Project Oversight : plan, track and execute company initiatives from start to finish, on time and within budget
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Operations Experience : proven history of managing internal workflows and scaling operations
- Logistics Industry Expertise : solid background working directly in the logistics or supply chain field
- Customs Clearance Knowledge : proven experience in regulatory compliance, import/export duties, and customs documentation
- Project Management Proficiency : demonstrated success leading cross‑functional projects
- PMP Certification : highly preferred and considered a major advantage
