For its development, ST DIGITAL is looking for a Management Controller to define and implement control and monitoring procedures and indicators.
Your missions will be as follows:
1. Budget and performance monitoring
Establish and manage the budget for all of the group’s perimeters.
Analyze and comment on the performance of each subsidiary on a monthly basis by assessing the gaps between actual results and budgets, revised, standard or those of the previous year (A-1).
2. Reporting and management tools
Produce monthly reporting for all subsidiaries.
Develop, implement and master reporting tools (dashboards, key indicators, ratios) enabling effective decision-making.
3. Strategic support and optimization
Collaborate with operational staff as a true business partner to optimize results.
Collect and use all information influencing the financial performance of the managed perimeters.
Propose and initiate actions to optimize costs within the framework of the job’s responsibilities.
4. Internal control and risk management
Participate in the improvement and monitoring of internal control processes to guarantee the reliability of financial data and compliance with internal procedures.
Ensure the application of good practices in internal control within subsidiaries
5. Risk management and compliance
Identify risks and opportunities through a rigorous analysis of financial indicators.
Carry out activities in compliance with the requirements of the integrated management system.
Profile sought:
You have a Master 2 in Management Control, Finance or Audit (major school or university).
You have significant experience of at least five years in a similar position within a group or multinational. ;
You are mobile in Central and West Africa
You demonstrate a collaborative spirit and have excellent interpersonal skills;
You have good analytical, synthesis and listening skills.
Technical skills:
Advanced mastery of reporting and financial analysis tools (Excel, ERP (Odoo), specialized software).
