For recruitment to the REGIONAL FUND FOR THE PROMOTION OF COASTAL HEALTH (FRPSL)
In March 2022, the Ministry of Public Health validated the strategic plan for strengthening the supply chain, which provides for interventions focused on strengthening the distribution of health products to the last mile in regional warehouses. These interventions benefit from the support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
It is with this in mind that on August 22, 2022, USAID launched a notice of funding opportunity for the implementation of a project for a period of three (03) years whose aim is to ensure continuous availability health products at the level of health facilities in the Littoral Region (Cameroon) thanks to a sustainable supply chain system. This is the ISAHC project which stands for Increasing Site-level Availability of Health Commodities. Since December 2022, the FRPSL has been implementing the said project in the Littoral region.

Based on the significant results of the project, USAID notified FRPSL of a funding opportunity for the extension of the ISAHC project to the other nine regions of Cameroon during a transitional period in collaboration with the said regions.
To ensure the effective implementation of this extension of the project, the Regional Fund for the Promotion of Health of the Littoral is launching a call for applications for recruitment to the following positions:
- 10 Regional Technical ADVISORS
- PROJECT TECHNICAL ADVISOR (M/F) on USAID funds
- CONSULTANT responsible for the dispensing of ARVs
- Strategic Information ADVISOR (M/F)
NB: The FRPSL reserves the right to cancel this call for applications if the ISAHC project extension agreement with USAID does not find a favorable outcome.
The maintenance of these positions will depend on the availability of funding.
These positions are open exclusively to nationals.
