To accompany us in this light, we are in need of an Account Manager to manage key accounts in the Corporate Partners segment. The ideal candidate shall report to the Head of Corporate Partners and will be responsible for building strong client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and drive account growth among corporate clients. You’ll collaborate closely with the Segment Head and work with cross-functional teams to achieve your goals.

Responsibilities include but not limited to;

  • Build and maintain relationships with Corporate partners and NGOs.
  • Drive account growth and retention by identifying new opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs and issue resolution.
  • Report on account performance and collaborate with internal teams within sales and cross departments (Marketing, SPD, Tech, Ops, especially).
  • Stay informed on market trends and client needs.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management of corporate clients within Maviance, fintech or financial institutions.
  • Knowledge of Maviance payment services.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver results.
  • Knowledge of day-to-day follow-up of projects
  • Used to clear reporting on results with relevant metrics.
  • Familiar with activity planning
  • Familiar with office tools (Powerpoint, Excel, etc.), data analysis and AI tools, sales and customer follow-up tools (CRM, ERP, etc.).
