Job title: MANAGER OF THE GENERAL AGENT NETWORK
Job duties_
• Lead and manage the sales network in order to achieve the assigned objectives
• Develop strategies and action plans for each general agent.
• Provide commercial and technical support to GENERAL AGENTS in achieving their
turnover
• Monitor all production, collection and recovery activities at all points of sale in the network to ensure the profitability of the company
• Maintain the current accounts of GENERAL AGENTS monthly and quarterly • Ensure the administrative compliance of the files of each GENERAL AGENT and assist them if necessary
• Train all network players in sales techniques and mastery of new products in order to better respond to Customer Objections
• Prepare weekly and monthly reporting with the network in order to better monitor their activities;
• Ensure the systematic payment of GENERAL AGENTS’ commissions every month; Ensure payment of the PARTICIPATIONS in the PROFITS of the GENERAL AGENTS.

Profile
• Be a Man or a Woman
• Hold a BAC level • 4/5 in Sales I Marketing / Commerce, ‘Insurance
• Knowledge of Sales Techniques and Marketing in Insurance
• Knowledge of the market and insurance products:
• Have at least 05 years of experience in a similar position
• Creative, ‘analytical mind, ‘relational. Customer Orientation Organization/Rigor
• Mastery of the computer tool in World and Excel would be desirable
• Good physical health, good presentation and ability to work under stress.
