 YOUR MISSION:
As a Microfinance Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational development of our agencies, ensuring optimal management of growth and performance.

 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Develop and optimize the client portfolio and agency turnover.
 – Promote, sell, and ensure the quality of financial services.


 – Manage customer requests and guarantee impeccable service.
 – Monitor financing applications and manage commercial risks.
 – Lead and supervise the Operations department to achieve set objectives.
 – Define and implement an effective marketing and sales strategy.
 – Develop and monitor the operating budget procedure.
 – Rigorously manage credit activity and develop new commercial strategies.
 – Supervise legal, recovery and litigation functions.
 – Carry out financial analyses and calculations to support decision-making.
 REQUIRED PROFILE:
Education: Minimum 3-year degree in Management, Banking and Finance, or a professional Master’s degree in Banking/Microfinance.
Experience: Minimum 8 years in a similar position in a large Bank or Microfinance.


Key skills: Team management, risk analysis, commercial management, and in-depth knowledge of sector regulations.
Essential qualities: Rigor, leadership, sense of innovation, team spirit and the ability to work under pressure.
