As part of the “deployment of its activity across Cameroon”, Crédit Solidaire d’Afrique, a 2nd category microfinance establishment, abbreviated to CRESAF SA, is looking for a suitable Customer Manager.

Main missions
Manage and develop a client portfolio.
Evaluate and monitor credit applications
Ensure the promotion and distribution of the company’s products and services.
Guarantee loan recovery
– Participate in the administrative and financial management of the company.
Detailed tasks and responsibilities:
Your tasks
1. Portfolio management and business development:
– Prospect and acquire new clients,
– Develop and maintain trusting relationships with existing clients.
Analyze customer needs and propose suitable solutions
(credit, savings, insurance, etc.).
Implement marketing and communication strategies to promote the institution’s products and services
-Conduct market research to identify related development opportunities to verify their accuracy and completeness
2. Granting and monitoring credit:
Receive and analyze credit applications
Evaluate borrowers’ creditworthiness and loan risks Prepare and present credit files to the credit committee Monitor outstanding loans, including compliance with
repayment deadlines
Implement recovery actions in the event of default
3. Administrative and financial management:
Maintain customer files and
credit
-Prepare activity reports and
performance statistics
Ensure compliance with internal procedures
and current regulations.
