Roles & Responsibilities
    Administer monthly payroll
    Treatment of all mission other as per the banks policies
    Analyze compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing wage rates


    Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems
    Direct preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees of benefits, compensation and personnel policies
    Fulfill all reporting requirements of all relevant government rules and regulations
    Management of all staff Loan Request
    Ensure distribution of staff payslip monthly
    Management of Interns Allowances
    Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to compensation, labor relations and employee relations
    Perform other tasks as assigned by Head Compensation & Benefits
    In Charge of HR platform (HCM Connect, HCM Automation)

    Act as an inter-phase between IT and HCM by assisting in the resolution of HCM portal issues and providing user support on the development of HCM applications

    Maintain the confidentiality, integrity and security of online staff database
    Exit Management

 Knowledge

    Knowledge of principles and procedures for compensation and benefits
    Tax Administration in Cameroon

Key Performance Indicator

    Timely roll out of Payroll Validation exercise
    Staff data completeness level  
    Timely provision of Staff data and reports
    Availability of data for HR Dashboard  
    Quality of generated reports
    Timely resolution of all HCM Platform issues  
    Quality of performance and productivity reports.
    Number of complaints arising from benefits computations
    Time taken to process staff claims
    Staff satisfaction index
    Compliance with staff loan policy for loan processing

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Minimum University Degree in Accounting or other numeric Social Sciences

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 4-7 years relevant experience in Compensation Strategy Development & Management for large Corporation
