We are looking for an HR Assistant M/F to join our team and work closely with the group’s Human Capital Director.
Mission 1: Social component
Administrative management of personnel
Onboarding of employees
Offboarding of employees
Relations with partners
Monitoring of training by employee
Monitoring and improvement of the HR dashboard
Mission 2: Recruitment component
Manage the processing of applications on our recruitment platform as well as unsolicited applications
Source profiles on the various digital platforms
Write and distribute job offers on our various platforms
Select CVs and carry out telephone pre-qualifications
Plan interviews in interface with operational staff and the DCH
Participate in job interviews
Develop social networks (LinkedIn, etc.)
Contribute directly to the recruitment of internship and work-study consultants
Contribute to the development of school relations
Maintain a pool of candidates in line with generic needs
Contribute and participate in the various employee integration events
Contribute and participate in the various recruitment events (Recruitment evenings/afterworks, seminars, school forums)
Required profile:
From a minimum BAC +3 training in Human Resources Management
