MISSIONS
Build, develop and retain a healthy credit portfolio
– Evaluate the capacity and guarantees of repayment of credits
MAIN ACTIVITIES
-Prospect potential customers
Collect, record and analyze credit applications;
– Write summary notes following the analysis of credit files;

-Monitor the evolution of customer activity and the use they make of their loan:
– Monitor the recovery of unpaid debts;
-Write reports on its credit portfolio and carry out competitive intelligence in relation to the sector of activity;
Inform customers of other services and products offered by the structure and facilitate their access.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Mastery of office tools (Word, Excel); Financial data analysis skills; Commercial skills; Managerial skills, mastery of banking software (Sopra banking) would be an asset.

REQUIRED PROFILE
-Training: Minimum BAC + 2 in commercial action, banking and finance or any other field of finance.
-Experience: minimum 1 year of experience in credit procedures in the field of microfinance or banking;
-Perfect mastery of the city of Yaoundé or Douala.
