Job Title: Field Agent (Sales)
Location: Douala
Mission/Job Description:
Reporting to the branch manager, the main responsibilities include:
– Creating, managing, developing, and retaining a client portfolio; –
Improving client retention and product availability;
– Monitoring and assisting clients with their daily transactions at the branch; – Ensuring quality customer service and reception at the branches;
– Collecting client identification and information;
– Participating in various branch tasks as requested by management;
– Participating in various field prospecting activities for the branch. Profile:
Education level: Minimum of two years of post-secondary education (BAC + 2) in management science, banking and finance, sales, or any other equivalent qualification.
Technical skills:
Rigor, organization, learning ability, analytical skills.
Knowledge of written and spoken English would be an asset.
