The QHSE Manager’s mission is to:

Ensure product quality for customer satisfaction, as well as the safety of facilities and employee working conditions on the production site.
Reduce the impact of the site’s activity on the environment.
Ensure the implementation of the quality assurance and control system, from the reception of raw materials to the storage of finished products, of which he organizes the smooth running and monitoring.
Manage certification projects according to the objectives defined by management.
Participate in the Management Committee.
Lead a Crisis Management office.


Job profile

Bac + 4 minimum in Quality Safety Environment
Have a good command of the ISO certification process
Have already managed an ISO certification project to completion
Have at least 4 years of experience in QHSE and/or good experience in a similar position, in the food industry
Have excellent knowledge of regulations relating to hygiene, safety, the environment and working conditions
Master emergency intervention techniques, particularly in first aid and fire
Have a great capacity for analysis and synthesis
Have good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO45001 and ISO 22000 standards
Organized and rigorous, dynamic, methodical and motivated
Fluency in professional English desired.
