As part of strengthening our Quality Management System, we are recruiting a Quality Intern.
Main Responsibilities
: Reporting to the Operations Management, the Quality Intern will be responsible for:
• Implementing, monitoring, and improving the Quality Management System. • Developing and updating procedures, operating methods, and quality documents. • Ensuring process compliance with ISO 9001 requirements. • Organizing and conducting internal audits. • Monitoring non-conformities, corrective actions, and preventive actions until their resolution. • Defining and monitoring process performance indicators (KPIs). • Raising awareness and training staff on quality requirements. • Participating in risk and opportunity management. • Prepare management reviews and certification audits. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (PDCA, Lean, 5S, Kaizen). • Handle customer complaints in collaboration with various departments. • Ensure document tracking and archiving of quality records.
Required Profile – Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Quality, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Management, or equivalent. – Experience in an industrial environment is an asset. – Proficiency in quality tools (SIPOC, process mapping, FMEA, Ishikawa diagram, 5 Whys, Pareto analysis, PDCA). – Good command of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
