• Coordinate regular evaluations of the school’s academic programs and services to identify areas for improvement;
• Work closely with department directors, deans and administration to improve the quality of programs and services;
• Establish key performance indicators and monitor progress;
• Ensure school compliance with national and international quality standards;
• Organize training and workshops to raise staff awareness of the importance of quality;
• Manage internal and external audits and supervise the implementation of recommendations;
• Regularly communicate the results of quality assessments to stakeholders;
• Identify and share best practices in quality management in higher education;
PROFILE AND REQUIRED SKILLS
• Bac +3 in educational science Management/Law or any other related training;
• Experience of at least one (02) years in a similar position;
• A first experience in a training school would be an asset;
• Mastery of IT tools (Office Pack);
• Be social with good interpersonal skills;
• Be able to adapt to the ethics and values of the company.
