For the needs of its services, the Human Capital Department of CADYST Grain is looking for candidates for the position of: Recruitment and Human Capital Development Manager (1) Purpose of the position: Ensure the quality of recruitment and the development of staff skills within the company Main missions: Planning • Develop and validate the annual recruitment plan • Develop and validate the annual training plan • Plan, coordinate and monitor the various performance evaluation campaigns • Plan career committees • Update succession plans for key positions annually Organization and management • Ensure the development, compliance and validation of DPRs • Define employee KPIs • Periodically monitor employee KPI objectives with feedback • Evaluate employees • Supervise employee activities Operations • Organize recruitments following compliance with deadlines • Ensure the execution of the annual recruitment plan • Evaluate the quality of recruitments • Ensure the evaluation of new recruits before any definitive commitment • Analyze training needs • Ensure the execution, monitoring and evaluation of the training plan • Analyze offers from training providers • Evaluate the effectiveness of the training provided • Lead training sessions • Ensure that job descriptions are updated • Organize and monitor performance evaluation campaigns • Produce the mid-term and annual evaluation report • Support managers in conducting evaluations • Prepare career committees / talent reviews • Build and update the skills / position framework • Participate in the management of succession plans • Update, if necessary, procedures related to recruitment, training and staff evaluation Profile / Key skills: BAC + 4 in social or human sciences, preferably in HR;


At least 6 years of professional experience with a minimum of 2 years in a position of responsibility or in a Recruitment/Training/Staff Development position;
Knowledge of recruitment techniques, training management and facilitation, job and skills planning, career management, HR software
He/she must have:

A good knowledge of staff development practices;
A good command of adult training techniques;
Good writing and adaptation skills;
A strong analytical sense and a spirit of synthesis
He/she must be:
