Main responsibilities
Under the responsibility of the Chief of Staff, the post holder is mainly responsible for:
Setting up the Organization’s protocol arrangements;
Ensuring relations with local administrations and diplomatic missions;
Ensuring airport formalities during travel by non-category staff;
Initiating procedures for obtaining diplomatic privileges;
Ensuring visa formalities for personalities on mission and management staff;

Required qualifications:
Hold a Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3) in international relations or any other diploma recognized as equivalent by the competent authority;
Have at least five years of professional experience, including three (03) years in the protocol field in a public administration or in an international organization;
Have a perfect mastery of protocol practices;
Have skills in communication, organization, logistics to organize and coordinate events;
Have a good knowledge of IT tools and office software;
Have good organization in work, be rigorous in respecting deadlines and be able to work under pressure;
Have an excellent knowledge of French and English;
Having knowledge of the intellectual property system would be an asset;
