Main Tasks:
Contribution to the commercial development and profitability of the agency
Achievement of assigned objectives;
– Loyalty of existing customers by ensuring quality service;
– Participation in daily and one-off commercial development actions;
– Canvassing and prospecting customers in the field during the off-peak period of the month; Processing daily

operations
– Technical processing of daily operations at the agency level;
– Production of cash settlements;
– Filing and notification of archives;
– Completion of the daily balance;
– Transport of funds in the absence of the agency manager;
– Participation in the work of monthly reports
Maintenance and development of a good brand image
– Monitoring the quality of reception and service;
– Support and processing of customer complaints
Ensures self-monitoring
Profile:
Minimum Bac+3 in Marketing, Commerce, Sales or Banking and Finance or any equivalent diploma
Gender: Male or Female
Place of residence: Douala
Desired seniority: minimum 06 months of experience in the field of activity
