The Ethica Group is recruiting a First Line Manager to take charge of the management of the Medical and Pharmaceutical Visit throughout Cameroon.
* Your mission:
Under the responsibility of the Country Manager (HP) and in operational liaison with the Second Line Manager (SLM), you will be responsible for the deployment of the promotion strategy, the monitoring of commercial performance and the management of a team of delegates, in order to achieve the set objectives.
* Your key objectives:
• Achieve sales in accordance with the budget
• Ensure regular monthly reporting
• Implement sales techniques and coach teams
* Main responsibilities:
1. Strategic and Operational Management
• Apply and supervise marketing and sales strategies
• Ensure the smooth running of action plans
• Achieve turnover targets
2. Team Management & Animation
• Train, supervise and coach field delegates (70% of the time)
• Organize team meetings and monitor their performance • Encourage motivation, commitment and cohesion 3. Performance Monitoring • Control reports, contact databases and digital tools • Supervise sales and customer segmentation • Manage KPIs: EMG, PR, reporting * Specific tasks: A. Medical and Pharmaceutical Visit • Ensure the quality of promotional messages in the field • Collect medical and environmental data • Identify gaps and correct them B. Marketing & Business Development • Establish partnerships with KOLs • Participate in calls for tenders and manage commercial offers • Monitor the execution of annual action plans C. Regulatory and Administrative Management • Supervise regulatory files and relations with health authorities • Report cases of counterfeiting and parallel imports * Profile sought: Technical skills • Mastery of pharmaceutical products and VM • Excellent knowledge of Excel and Office Pack • Very good oral and written communication skills Personal qualities • Natural leadership, rigor and integrity • Capacity for analysis, discernment and stress management • Team spirit, anticipation and responsiveness * Please note:
• Frequent travel is expected
