As part of the development of our digital platform RESANDPAY, we are recruiting a **Digital Business Developer** based in **Douala** to support our growth.
– **Your Mission**
You will be responsible for a range of RESANDPAY services and will be involved in:
• Merchant acquisition and research
• Development of strategic partnerships
• Product Owner role (functional definition, testing, continuous improvement)
• Merchant and customer support
• Definition and implementation of sales and operational strategies
• Active participation in the development of new services and the improvement of the user experience
– **Desired Profile**
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in business development, sales development, or similar roles
• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) to Master’s degree (Bac+5) in marketing, business, management, or equivalent
• Strong interest in digital technology, technological platforms, and innovation
• Autonomy, startup mindset, ability to propose and execute
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Analytical and results-oriented mindset

Douala – Cameroon
