As part of the development of our digital platform RESANDPAY, we are recruiting a **Digital Business Developer** based in **Douala** to support our growth.
– **Your Mission**
You will be responsible for a range of RESANDPAY services and will be involved in:
β’ Merchant acquisition and research
β’ Development of strategic partnerships
β’ Product Owner role (functional definition, testing, continuous improvement)
β’ Merchant and customer support
β’ Definition and implementation of sales and operational strategies
β’ Active participation in the development of new services and the improvement of the user experience
– **Desired Profile**
β’ Proven experience of at least 3 years in business development, sales development, or similar roles
β’ Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) to Master’s degree (Bac+5) in marketing, business, management, or equivalent
β’ Strong interest in digital technology, technological platforms, and innovation
β’ Autonomy, startup mindset, ability to propose and execute
β’ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
β’ Analytical and results-oriented mindset
