● Master insurance products (individual, group, health, provident) and how they
work
● Understand the issues related to health problems and the care pathways of insured persons
● Know how to manage long and complex sales cycles, while maintaining the engagement of prospects
● Present digital solutions in a clear and accessible manner to customers, even novices.
● Identify and analyze underexploited markets or those with specific needs in
telemedicine
● Actively prospect new partners in the identified segments and conclude contracts
with companies
● Negotiate and design personalized offers based on the specific needs of each
client and propose adapted solutions
● Generate substantial revenues through strategic partnerships and
attractive pricing
● Master objection response techniques and convince decision-makers (HRDs,
business leaders, school directors)
● Adjust commercial strategies based on the results obtained and customer feedback
● Propose innovative solutions (Health Packs) to increase penetration in the
identified
Technical skills
● Solid understanding of the specificities of the Cameroonian market, in particular the obstacles to
digitalization or the adoption of insurance or health services

Required profile
Minimum holder of a Bachelor’s degree in commercial action, sales force or marketing /

• To know the stakes involved in health issues and policyholder care paths
• Know how to manage long and complex sales cycles, while maintaining prospects’ commitment
• Present digital solutions in a clear and accessible way to customers, even novices.
• Identify and analyze under-exploited markets or markets with specific telemedicine needs.
• Actively prospect for new partners in identified segments and conclude contracts with companies
