We are a large distribution company based in
Yaoundé, specializing in the distribution of makeup products
and accessories, already in partnership with the main
commercial brands in Yaoundé, Douala, and Libreville. As part of
our expansion, we are looking for an experienced salesperson
to strengthen our team.
Job Description:
As a Sales Manager within our company specializing
in the production and distribution of makeup products, you will be
responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies
aimed at driving the growth of the company .
Team Management: Supervise and motivate a sales team, ensuring
they achieve and exceed set goals.
Sales Strategies: Develop and execute strategic plans
to increase sales, taking into account market trends
and growth opportunities.
Partnerships and Distribution: Establish and maintain strong relationships
with distributors, business partners and
key customers.
Product Development: Collaborate with development teams
to introduce new products, taking into
account market needs.
Market Analysis: Conduct competitive and market analyzes
to adjust strategies based on
industry trends and demands.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by
resolving issues quickly and maintaining
high standards of service.
Remuneration: between 300,000 FCFA and 500,000 FCFA basic.
Base compensation will be discussed based on the
candidate’s experience and skills. In addition, we offer a variable compensation program based on results
. Outstanding performance will be rewarded with
significant bonuses, creating an opportunity for substantial increases in
total compensation.
