Missions:
· Prospect and recruit sales agents in your area;
· Increase the sales network;
· Ensure the operationality of points of sale;
· Monitor sales and assist agents in your area;
· Ensure daily compliance checks and produce daily reporting.
Profile :
· Training: Minimum Baccalaureate or professional training in Commerce Negotiation Sales;
· Have an A license essential;
· Significant experience in the commercial field;
· Age: 21 to 38 years old;
Required Skills :
· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to convince;
· Good knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques;
· Autonomy and organization to manage your commercial activity;
· Mastery of IT tools (CRM, Excel, etc.);
· Ability to work in a team with other departments of the company.
Location : Douala
