AURE RH Recruitment Services Sarl , Member of AREKO GROUP , is recruiting for the needs of one of its clients in the manufacturing and marketing of cosmetic products sector , a salesperson.
Job title: Sales Representative M/F
Missions:
· Analyze the market and detect new opportunities in order to increase turnover, expand the business throughout the region concerned and develop more effective commercial and sales strategies;
· Analyze customer needs and propose adapted solutions in coordination with internal teams;
· Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to maximize sales opportunities; handle customer complaints;
· Ensure that daily sales/production objectives are achieved;
· Count receipts at the end of the working day; provide advice and feedback to superiors and other employees when they need it;
· Ensure proper compliance with the company’s rules and regulations;
· Ensure rigorous monitoring of sales throughout the assigned area.
Profile :
Academic level : Bac + 2 in commercial action, sales, commerce or any other equivalent diploma;
Professional experience: at least 02 years in a similar position (B to C sales) in a manufacturing and distribution company;
Be between 24 and 30 years old;
Have a driving license B.
Professional skills/abilities:
· Perfect knowledge of industry safety standards; in-depth knowledge of basic software, such as Word and Excel;
· Excellent communication, negotiation and customer follow-up skills; relational ease and persuasion; taste for challenge and team spirit;
· Know how to work effectively within a team ; have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; time and conflict management skills.
· Be serious, responsible and honest.
Locations: Center, South, Coast
