We are looking for an experienced, rigorous, and independent Senior Legal Counsel capable of managing all legal matters for a rapidly growing multi-subsidiary group.
This position is for a lawyer who is a master of their profession, comfortable working in the field — with court registries, land registries, banks, notaries, and government agencies — and who has excellent writing skills.
What the position covers:
– Corporate Law — legal secretarial work, transfers, mergers, restructurings, statutory auditor relations
– Litigation & Debt Collection — case management, OHADA enforcement proceedings
