CAMES is recruiting a SENIOR MANAGEMENT CONTROLLER for one of its clients
The Senior Management Controller will be responsible for planning, executing and reporting on allocated control projects and other ad hoc work that arises. He will lead a team and identify improvements to control procedures and methodology within the function and develop good working relationships with all levels of staff and management within the business.
ACTIVITIES :
Management of a team of internal controllers
· Organize the team’s work, distribute or delegate tasks, set objectives, support each person’s skills development;
· Supervise the tasks of updating operational dashboards and detecting budgetary optimization points.
Develop and manage the budget process
· Define budget construction methodologies;
· Collect, analyze and synthesize budgetary data;
· Check the consistency of the various data;
· Produce management elements for the development of the company’s strategic plan and projects;
· Lead the budget cycle.

Analyze performance, propose improvement plans and advice
· Carry out cost and profitability studies consistent with the implementation of the strategic plan;
· Identify areas for improvement and recommend priority areas of work and advice;
· Build development scenarios;
· Monitor the effectiveness of the action plans put in place;
· Anticipate and alert deviations and take corrective actions.
Develop standards, management tools and monitor them
· Develop and update management tools (standards, procedures, dashboards, etc.) and integrate developments;
· Control the correct application and use of tools within the different departments;
· Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures;
· Participate in the implementation of new IT management tools.
Establish reporting and forecasts
· Collect the information necessary for the studies (accounting data, budget, etc.);
· Check the consistency of the various data;
· Analyze the gaps in results compared to the budget and objectives;
· Design dashboards and write summaries of activity comments;
· Develop end-of-year forecasts based on corrected budgets;
· Carry out reconciliations with accounting;
· Present, explain and argue the results to different authorities and organizations and recommend corrective measures.
The position holder must have:
Academic level : Master in accounting and finance/management control – audit
Professional experience : 06 years of experience.
