PROFILE
Engineer or Bac + 3/5 in telecoms/networks
Β Minimum 3 years of professional experience ideally acquired with an Operator or an integrator.
JOB DETAILS
Your main tasks will include:
Operating customer platforms and services (maintaining operational conditions)
Opening and monitoring incidents with supplier operators
Ensuring the deployment of platforms and services
Proactively supervising infrastructures managed by Datacenter Services Handling level 2 escalations of network incidents and customer modification requests
