Missions / Responsibilities / Activities
You are the soul of the supermarket! As a sales associate, you will be responsible for:
Β· Create a warm and memorable customer experience
Β· Welcome each visitor with enthusiasm and professionalism
Β· Advise clients with confidence and empathy
Β· Highlight products on the shelf with creativity
Β· Actively participate in the life of the store (events, promotions, loyalty)
β’ Participate in inventory management and receipt of goods.
β’ Work as a team to create a dynamic and friendly working atmosphere.
Profile / Skills / Requirements
Β· You have a natural presence and excellent interpersonal skills
Β· You enjoy communicating, listening and inspiring confidence
Β· Previous experience in sales or customer service is appreciated, but your personality is paramount.
Β· You are punctual, organized and enjoy working in a team
β’ Ability to work in a team and adapt quickly to different situations.
β’ Dynamism, autonomy and rigor are essential.
β’ Availability to work flexible hours.
Required diploma : Minimum BAC + 2 in Marketing, Sales, Management or equivalent
