CALL FOR INTERNAL / EXTERNAL APPLICATIONS: SME MANAGER
The SME Manager ensures the implementation of the company’s strategy, commercial development and management of SME activities within the company.
Places of assignment: Yaoundé
Activities:
Develop the development plan for SME activity, taking into account market analysis,
Guarantee the proper application of the company’s overall policy at the level of SME counters,
Participate in the development of the strategic plan and the annual forecast budget of the operations management
Monitor and manage the level of production of the counters placed under its authority,
Take part in the credit committees within the framework of the delegations set by the
General
Participate in the definition global and individual objectives of the SME staff under his supervision;
Implement, in collaboration with management, tools for steering, monitoring and reporting the commercial activity of SME counters;
Participate in the process of choosing and launching new products in order to respond more effectively to the needs of SME customers;
Ensure the completion of all activities carried out by SME operational staff in strict compliance with established procedures,
Propose and monitor the implementation of appropriate promotional actions in collaboration with the marketing department
Carry out negotiation actions with a clientele of important level for major accounts and credit needs,
Ensure recovery of SME credits granted.
Required profile
Minimum BAC+ 4/5 in Banking/Finance, Accounting, Management Sciences, Sales, Law or other related discipline
Minimum 05 years of experience in a similar position or as agency head or SME Supervisor.
