We are looking for a Social Relations Officer to strengthen social dialogue, lead the company’s internal life and contribute to CSR initiatives. A versatile position at the heart of human relations, team cohesion and social responsibility.
– Main missions
Social relations and social dialogue
– Manage relations with social partners (CSE, unions, staff representatives).
– Prepare and participate in meetings of representative bodies.
– Ensure the dissemination of social information to all employees.
– Write reports, minutes and social documents.
– Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
– Organization of internal activities
– Design and organize events promoting cohesion: sports activities, team building, integration days, end-of-year parties.
– Work in collaboration with HR teams, internal communication and external service providers.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
– Propose and coordinate CSR initiatives (ecology, solidarity, inclusion, health).
– Mobilize teams around projects of general interest (donations, volunteering, local partnerships).
– Participate in the drafting of CSR reports or assessments.
– Desired profile
– Bac +3 to Bac +5 in Human Resources, Social Law or Internal Communication.
– Experience in social relations, internal communication or CSR projects desired.
– Good knowledge of social law and the functioning of employee representative bodies.
– Initiative, creativity and organizational skills.
– Excellent communication skills, diplomacy and rigor.
– Mastery of office tools and internal communication channels.
