Store manager needed at AURE RH

Member of AREKO GROUP, is recruiting for the needs
of one of its clients in the oil and industrial sector a Stores Manager (M/F)
Job title: a Stores Manager (M/F)
Missions:
Reception and control of goods:
 Check the conformity of deliveries (quantity and quality of products);
 Ensure the unloading and storage of goods;
 Report any anomalies or non-conformities.
Inventory management:
 Ensure the storage and organization of products in the warehouse;
 Carry out periodic inventories and ensure the accuracy of stocks;
 Optimize storage space.
Order preparation:
 Prepare orders according to preparation slips;
 Check and package products before shipping;
 Ensure compliance with delivery times.
Shipping and delivery:
 Load orders into transport vehicles;
 Coordinate shipments with carriers;
 Manage transport and delivery documents.
Maintenance and safety:
 Comply with safety rules and internal procedures;
 Ensure the maintenance of handling equipment;
 Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store.
Profile:
 Significant experience as a warehouse worker for at least five years;
 Master inventory management tools (ERP, specialized software);
 Master the use of the Sage commercial management software;
 Know how to enter delivery notes (entries and exits) in the Sage Gescom software;

 Have knowledge of warehouse safety rules;
 Be between 25 and 45 years old.
Technical skills / Professional skills:
 Master inventory management software;
 Have knowledge of storage and handling techniques;
 Know how to read and understand delivery and transport documents;
 Respect safety instructions;
 Rigor, organization and team spirit;
 Sense of service and good interpersonal skills;
 Ability to work independently and in a team.
