The company Europe Afrique Services (EAS), specialized in subcontracting and
human resources management, is recruiting for its own account a
Tax Lawyer for a permanent contract.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The tax lawyer will be required to participate in the life of the company in its
multiple legal aspects and in collaboration with all the functions of
the organization. You will evolve in a dynamic environment.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
• Drafting and monitoring of contracts of all types (in French and English)
• Management of the contractual database
• Support in corporate law and protection of personal data
• Management of the insurance portfolio
• Legal research on specific subjects • Support the company in its restructuring and asset
management projects • Ensure legal and tax monitoring to anticipate legislative developments • Manage and monitor tax audits; • Actively participate in the development of reputation and customer relationships.
BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS

Analytical skills, adaptability, interpersonal skills, pragmatism, responsiveness, attention to detail, team spirit, rigour. EXPERIENCE You have at least 2 years of experience as a tax lawyer, ideally in an accounting firm or law firm.
