The technical support customer service representative’s main mission is to collect and then remotely process requests from users experiencing difficulties with the use of computer equipment. Reporting to the team leader, their mission consists of:
- Solve technical operating and maintenance problems by addressing questions and providing technical solutions according to quality and deadline requirements.
Before taking on the mission, complete training is provided to prepare him for the responsibilities that will be entrusted to him.
Profile sought
- Very good knowledge of general IT, networks and telecoms
- Perfect command of the French language, with good ease in speaking and writing
- Sense of listening and orientation.
- Good diagnostic and analytical skills.
- Successful training related to the technical skill required
- Registration with the FNE (National Employment Fund)
Experience required
Experience in technical support is desirable.
