ANGAM CONSULTING, a company specializing in call centers and telemarketing training, is recruiting several experienced profiles to strengthen its team in Yaoundé. The position involves contacting clients and prospects, promoting the company’s products/services, identifying contact needs, and ensuring quality customer service.
Main Missions
– Contact customers and prospects (inbound/outbound calls)
– Promote the company’s products/services
– Identify the needs of the contacts
– Ensure quality customer service and build loyalty
– Enter and update information in the CRM software
– Participate in continuous improvement through field feedback.

Required Profile
– Have at least 3 to 6 months of experience in a call center
– Good diction in French, without a strong accent
– Be available immediately or shortly
– Mastery of IT tools and communication techniques
– Good interpersonal skills, courtesy, ability to convince and manage pressure
– Punctuality, attendance, and compliance with instructions
