Your mission:
Reporting to the export unit manager, you should take charge of various missions,
with an emphasis on supervising document submissions; monitoring files in
the E-FORCE application; monitoring performance indicators and quality actions of the export unit.
Your Activities:
You will plan your work around the following activities:
➢ Monitoring the export document submission deadline.
• Monitoring procedures on the E-FORME platform.
• Recording document submission tracking information in the database.
• Anticipating actions before the departure of ships, relaunching liaison officers for
the production of documents within the SOPs deadlines.
• Leading and supervising liaison officers.
• Intervening with various partners in the event of a blockage or delay in the provision
of documents.
• Distributing the document submission tracking table on a daily basis.
• Being a driving force for the continuous improvement of the document submission deadline ➢ Monitoring the quality actions of the export unit and performance indicators . • Collect and record information in the performance indicator monitoring table. • Distribute the export performance monitoring table every 2nd working day of the month. • Monitor actions resulting from monthly performance, and various quality actions and follow the action plan. • Respect any task requested by the export unit manager. Your profile: ▪ Training: Baccalaureate + 2 or Baccalaureate + 3 in Transit and or International Trade; ▪ Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar position. Have: ▪ A good knowledge of Transit customs clearance procedures; Transit Export in particular ▪ A good knowledge of the E-FORCE platform procedures ▪ Excellent level on Excel. Good command of: ▪ Office and IT management tools. Qualities: ▪ Sense of organization, rigor ▪ Force of proposal ▪ Knowledge of international trade ▪ Responsiveness and availability. I’m applying!
