We are recruiting two (2) Senior Auditors
. Responsibilities: – Conduct internal audits (branches and headquarters) – Evaluate compliance with procedures and regulations – Identify operational risks and propose improvements – Draft audit reports and ensure follow-up on recommendations – Monitor the implementation of the annual audit plan. Profile: – Bachelor’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Audit, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent – Minimum 5 years of experience, ideally in microfinance or the financial sector – Good knowledge of COBAC regulations and internal control – Rigor, integrity, and analytical skills.
Position based in Yaoundé (missions to branches and headquarters).
