Job Description
The CEFOR Hôtellerie / ISH Group in Douala is seeking 5 instructors to join its teaching team. Successful candidates will deliver theoretical and practical courses in hospitality, participate in program design, and support students throughout their training.
Main Duties
– Teach courses in hotel management, customer service, cooking, etc.
– Design and adapt training content to students’ needs
– Evaluate students and provide them with constructive support
– Collaborate with professionals in the hospitality sector
– Contribute to the academic influence of the institution
Required Profile
– University degree in hospitality or related field
– Proven experience in teaching or training in hospitality
– Excellent teaching and interpersonal skills
– Up-to-date knowledge of the hospitality industry
– Team spirit and adaptability to varied environments
