SIX (06) Traditional Credit Managers
Contract Type: Permanent Contract

Geographic Areas: Douala – PK 15
Age Range: 25-35 years old
Education Level: Baccalaureate (“G2, G3, C, D”) + (02) (min.), Management track.
Professional Experience:
– Seniority in this position and/or prior experience in the microfinance sector would be an asset;
– A good understanding of banking regulations and products is required;
– Mastery of negotiation strategies;
– Etc.
Job Responsibilities:
– Develop and retain the agency’s loan portfolio;
– Prepare and present
loan applications to the credit committee;
– Monitor clients and loan repayments;
– Produce reports, statistics, and
periodic statements on prospecting and client monitoring; – Perform administrative tasks related to the position;
