fill several positions for its operations:
1. JOB DESCRIPTION: BRANCH MANAGER
Job title: Branch Manager
Hierarchical reporting: Operations Director
Main mission:
To take charge of a profit center, manage it and achieve results in accordance with
budget forecasts.
Main Responsibilities:
● Manage branch teams (supervise, coordinate, motivate) to achieve expected results,
● Prospect and develop a client portfolio,
● Promote all products offered by the company,
● Develop a portfolio of healthy loans with a PAR (Participation Rate) below 5%,
● Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Desired Profile:
● Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in finance, banking, management, or a related field
● Experience in microfinance or banking
● Team management and financial analysis skills
● Field experience and ability to communicate in English.
