About IFP-EH
IFP-EH – Institute of Professional Humanitarian Studies is a professional institution specialized in humanitarian studies, capacity building, and the professionalization of young people, local NGOs, and humanitarian actors. Through academic programs, practical training, and field-based initiatives, IFP-EH contributes to improving the quality, effectiveness, and impact of humanitarian and social interventions in Africa and internationally.
As part of strengthening its institutional visibility and promoting its programs and projects, IFP-EH is recruiting five (05) Communication & Digital Marketing Interns.

Internship Objective
To actively contribute to IFP-EH’s communication and digital marketing strategy while providing interns with a structured, hands-on professional experience focused on practical skills development and employment-readiness.
 Key Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Communication Officer / Program Coordination Team, interns will:
● Manage and animate institutional social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.)
● Create and publish digital content (texts, visuals, short videos)
● Support the promotion of training programs, internships, and humanitarian projects
● Contribute to the design and implementation of the digital communication strategy
● Draft institutional and promotional content (announcements, posts, briefs)
● Support monitoring and reporting on visibility and engagement metrics
 Expected Deliverables
● A monthly editorial calendar
● Regularly published content (posts, visuals, videos)
● A final internship report / communication performance summary
 Required Profile
● Bachelor’s or Master’s level in:
○ Communication
○ Digital Marketing
○ Journalism
○ Multimedia
○ Social Sciences or related fields
● Strong knowledge of social media and digital tools
● Clear interest in the humanitarian and non-profit sector
● Creativity, organizational skills, and initiative
● Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
● Knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or equivalent is an asset
